Hey! I’m Courtney Robinson, Specialist Women’s Coach and Total Body Transformation Expert. More than that, I’m a wife (twice!) a mum (twice!), a cancer survivor and a voice of reason in the menopause space.
I’m also the Founder of The Menopause Project. And I’m so glad you’re here.
I created The Menopause Project after years of experience as a personal trainer in a commercial gym, working with hundreds of 40+ women who repeatedly told me:
I can’t lose weight, I’m in menopause
I can’t get rid of this belly, it’s my hormones
The hot flashes are killing me, I can’t train hard today
My cravings are out of control, I can’t stop eating chocolate
I need a glass of wine to help me sleep
It must be my hormones, genetics, menopause, adrenal fatigue
I used to just diet a bit and go for a run and I could lose weight but now nothing works
I can’t sleep at night, I’m too tired to exercise
I created The Menopause Project to provide a real solution for real women just like you. Slogging your guts out at the gym and ‘eating clean’ but not getting results. Feeling exhausted and disheartened but training without any real program or strategy.
I specialise in creating total body transformations for women from 35 to 80 and beyond (believe me, women in their 70s and 80s are absolute BOSSES in the gym!).
